We are a full-service caterer with over ten years of experience in southeastern Wisconsin and Illinois. Since our company includes Gooseberries Fresh Food Market, we have a unique opportunity to ensure the freshest food as well as the newest ideas in food preparation. We employ a professional staff who will dress in professional or themed attire at your request for your event. We do offer other forms of catering like pick up or delivery as options. We will be involved as much or as little as you desire. Our goal is make sure you have a worry free day that your guests will be talking about for years to come. We would be proud to be a part of your event.
We have a consultation with each potential client to ensure that we can fulfill your needs. All of our menus are customized to your selections and size of event. We can be service any size event relating to your wedding; engagement party, business lunches and dinners, golf outings, fundraiser dinners bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, reception, reunions and much more.
From a buffet to a plated dinner service with passed appetizers, our professional staff would enjoy being a part of your event. We will theme your dinner if you choose or give you suggestions of some of our more popular dishes for your event’s seasonality. Let us be your partner to complete your day with impeccable food.

We do offer discounts in tandem with our other services. Being a fresh market, we provide all aspects as they relate to fresh. In addition to full service catering, we have professional floral design and cake designers to compliment your day.
Flowers by Gooseberries Fresh Food Market
We are a full service florist and will work with you to create the custom designs to enhance your event. Our professional floral designers will consult with you to create the perfect arrangements based on an event theme, color theme or your specifications to complement your event. From reunions to weddings or golf outings or community fundraising events, we can come up with some fun ideas.
We start with a consultation to discuss your ideas. We can provide as much or little input as your desire. We love to create, so you can give us some ideas and we’ll weave them into something spectacular.
You may have pictures of exactly what you want or may want to start by reviewing our idea books. We want you to be the guide and we will make it happen. We can put fresh flowers on cakes, floating arrangements, potted plants and many more new presentation styles.
For Weddings we offer many floral options including: Bridal Bouquet, Bride’s Throwaway bouquet, Maid/Matron of Honor Bouquet, Bridesmaid’s Bouquets, Flower Girl Bouquet or Basket, Floral Headpieces, Boutonnieres, Corsages, Main Altar Flowers, Aisle or Pew Decorations, Floral Arch Flowers, Centerpieces, Fresh Flowers for the cake, Loose flower petals, Aisle Runner, Thank you bouquets for parents, Other special requests or ideas
You will receive an itemized proposal after our consultation including all aspects that we
discussed. No hidden fees, no extra charges; we will provide what we discussed for our agreed upon price. All charges will be discussed including delivery and set-up if desired.
We get our inspiration upon hearing about your event. We work with fresh and silk flowers. Your flowers will be special ordered especially for your event date. We will have as much staff as needed to assist with set-up.

We pride ourselves in making your special event memorable for all the right reasons. Our
professional cake designers take special care to listen to what you would like for your event and turn those ideas into a delightful dessert for you and your guests.
You may have pictures of your cake, cupcakes, or specialty desserts that we can recreate or you may want to start by reviewing our design book. We have many delightful choices for cake flavors, icings and fillings including:
Cake Flavors: Yellow (Vanilla), Chocolate, Marble, White (Vanilla), Carrot with Raisin and walnuts
Icings: Old Fashioned Butter Cream, White Butter Cream, Chocolate Butter Cream, “Supreme Crème” (A non-dairy whip), Chocolate Supreme Cream, Cream Cheese Frosting, Elegantly Rolled Fondant, or Chocolate Ganache`
